bmacgoo,

I love the property/address specific websites! While they are great for setting an agent apart from the pack, my question, yet resolved, is how effective a marketing tool is it to get the property in front of the buyers?

An organic search through Google for property would likely not result in any of these property specific addresses in the first three pages. So now the agent has to rely on "conventional" means of spreading the word about their new listing and the associated website.

Like I mentioned, I like the concept. I am simply unsure of the execution.

In addition to the information you provided I have recently discovered a great marketing tool. Go to www.smartstreets.net and check out their site. It is reasonably priced and has sure helped me making some sales over the past few months! Give them a try.
