Sandy,

Team366 has been having great success selling homes in this market! The board average, including our results, in Washtenaw County, is 18% of homes listed actually sell......that's less than 1 in 5! Team366's average is 63%....nearly 2 out of 3 listings we take sell!

We attribute a large part of our success in selling properties to our unique marketing program. By way of example, click on any of the listing down the right side of this blog and begin to see the unique ways Team366 markets properties.

The Washtenaw area has been a challenge for listings that haven't been selling. Have you had success recently?

Todd,

Nice job on the stats, as usual. It strikes me that more and more sellers are recognizing that their properties are not uniquely able to buck the market trend by rising in value, or even holding their own in value. As you know, I track market statistics in my own blog, which readers are welcome to visit. http://www.HomesByVance.Blogspot.com
