Just this week I have talked with more sellers getting ready to jump in the market for just the reasons outlined above.  They recognize the value to be had in the market and are willing to sell their current homes at a "loss" so they can gain more home.

		<description>I'm not so much a fan of Jim Cramer, but...doesn't the Cramerica Philosophy stress that there's an investment opportunity in any kind of market? Ask any investment buff whether he thinks investing in one market is better than investing in the other and he'll say that "every" market presents an opportunity.

I certainly see an opportunity here and so do many others; you can buy a home in some instances "at" or "below" market value. You just gotta look! To the consumer reading this, Todd knows his way around technology well enough to make the "looking" process very easy for you! So what are you waiting for?</description>
